The monthly rent includes all bills (with a £150 contribution to council tax when you first move in), and 1 weeks rent is required to reserve the room during referencing (this is credited back to your first months rent if successful).
Please note: I've included the original photos for the room - the current room has a different bed, and two additional side tables. Besides this, the photos reflect how it will be left when I move out!
THE AREA
The highlight of the place is the transport links:
- 5 mins from West Acton (Central)
- 10 mins from Ealing Common (Piccadilly)
- 15 mins from Acton Central (Overground)
- 20 mins from Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, Central, District)
& surrounded by a bunch of bus routes, all in walking distance.
Ealing and Acton are both really nice areas. I've always felt safe walking around late at night, and the immediate area is really residential, meaning there's not too much noise pollution.
THE FLAT
The flat is shared with three working professionals, all in their mid-20s (2 guys and 1 girl). Everyone is nice and friendly, and the flat has a quiet and chill vibe - so ideally looking for someone to suit that.
