I am looking for a flatmate/young professional at Langham Gardens, Ealing (W13 8PY) in a furnished, 2nd floor flat with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My current flatmate is having to relocate for work. The room can be also available slightly earlier than 31st August.
There would be a twelve-month tenancy from late August 2024-August 2025. Rent is £1500 per month (£750 each), not including standard bills or Council Tax. WiFi access is also available.
The flat itself is spacious, comfortable, secure and private, located in a purpose-built block of flats. The double-bed bedroom available is itself spacious and has a large bathroom located just across from it, for which a prospective flatmate would have sole access (pictured above).
The property is 10 minutes walk from Ealing Town Centre/Ealing Broadway and a number of beautiful nearby parks and a large variety of shops and restaurants. It is also only 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway Train Station. This provides great and easy access to Central London, with lines available including TfL trains and District and Central Lines.
Should car-parking facilities be required, there is an outside private, lockable garage.
