I will be moving to another room in the house hence mine will become available.

T H E H O U S E
Living room with sky TV, Netflix etc. in the landing area. Massive kitchen with 2 hobs, 3 ovens and 4 fridges. Washing machine and a separate dryer.
Bathrooms: separate toilet and shower downstairs. Separate toilet and a bath upstairs. You will be sharing the upstairs with 3 people.
Big garden with tables etc.

T H E R O O M
It comes furnished with build in wardrobes, there is a sink in one of the wardrobes.
I will also be selling a bed with mattress for £80 so please only message if you are interested in purchasing it (please specify that in the message). It’s a small double metal white frame with space underneath + mattress (on one of the photos)
So ultimately you will have a bed + the set of wardrobes on the wall in the room.

T H E A R E A
Ealing is lovely, safe and the closest station (Piccadilly) is only 7 mins walk. 10 mins away is Central line and 15-20 mins walk is Ealing Broadway.

We are all nice and chill bunch of 23-37 years old. Everyone gets along well. Even though it’s a big house, it doesn’t feel crowded due to different working patterns. Some of us are smokers, you can also smoke in the garden.

Please be a nice human being. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. There is currently no contract in the property until some renovations will be done like windows exchange (date unspecified). You will need to be aware that it’s an old house and it has its issues, hence the price.
Pets are considered, but cannot have a cat in the house due to allergies.
