Hello, I am looking for a new Female housemate to move into a big room of my 2-bedroom flat I am currently renting. The Bedroom has a big double bed, Chests of drawers and a wardrobe already in. (See pictures.). It is an attic flat

The flat is a 2 bedroom, me being the only other tenant. There is one Bathroom and a kitchen with living room in one. The living room has a TV with Netflix/YouTube and a Nintendo Switch. Please see the floor plan for more info.

The flat is super close to all the utilities. 10 mins walk from South Ealing station, 15 mins walk from Ealing Broadway station and about 20 mins from Ealing Common.
Closest Grocery shop is Sainsburys about 5 mins away. Ealing Broadway has a ton of places for Groceries (Tesco’s, MS, Morrisons), Restaurants (all the Chains, good pizzerias, Cafés), Shops (Clothing, books, Charity shops)

The Rent listed is without bills – I have tried to put together an average of bills paid monthly (changes due to gas) so you have an idea what would the average pay be.
Gas – 50
Water – 20
Internet – 20
Council tax – 85
Together with rent the room would come at about 1 075. (Might be higher in the winter due to heating)

About me: I am a professional, 26-year-old woman working in the Gaming industry. I work Hybrid, so I tend to work from home 2 or 3 times a week. I work quietly in the corner of the living room.
I am quiet, artistic and enjoy playing video games. I don’t cook much, so if you enjoy cooking – the kitchen will be all yours most of the time.
I like socialising from time to time, so if you would want to grab a bite or watch a movie together – I am in. But I fully understand if not.
