Property is administrated by Brendons located at 104 Pitshanger Lane located 5 minutes away from the flat, you must be eligible as you will be referenced by an agency and must be earning at least 20K/year and have good credit score. If any questions, you can directly speak to them.

The flat is 10 minutes away by bus ( E2, E9 or 297 until Scotch Common then 10 minutes walk ) from Ealing Broadway Tube Station or a 30/40 minutes walk.

There are night service busses as well. ( N7, 297)

At Ealing Broadway there are tube services and has good connection with a few lines ( Elisabeth Line, District Line and Central Line) and an excellent bus connection ( to Acton - SL8,/ 207, Chiswick - SL8 & E3, Richmond- 65 etc. )

The neighbourhood is community orientated and peaceful with lots and lots to do just at your door step, 3 local pubs ( Village Inn - 5 min walk, Duke of Kent - 10 minutes walk or Myllet Arms 20 minutes walk), local GP- 10 minutes walk, Village vet - 5 minutes, artisan bakery, fish market and local butcher. Big park just steps away, gym, barber and beauty saloons, a few coffee shops and restaurants, and of course 2 local Co-op Supermarkets.
