Hello all! My flatmate is moving out due to a change of circumstances, so I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of our long term lease (figures & dates below). Please only reply to this advertisement if you’ve read the the full ad and made sure the tenancy works for you :-) I won’t be able to respond to everyone so I won’t be replying to questions where the answer can be found below. I’m looking for a professional tenant, or working couple, ideally between 24-35, to take over a long lease in a stunning apartment in a beautiful part of London. The bedroom is a lot larger than most standard rooms advertised on here, and the price reflects the size of the room, location of the apartment, and the utilities included.

I’m always up for the odd dinner party here and there, and friends are always welcome around the apartment, it’s a wonderful flat so we might as well show it off!
