Hello all! My flatmate is moving out due to a change of circumstances, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room (figures & dates below). I’m looking for a professional tenant, or working couple, ideally between 24-39, to take over one half of a lease in a stunning apartment in a beautiful part of London. The bedroom is a lot larger than most standard rooms advertised on here, and the price reflects the size of the room, location of the apartment, and the utilities included.
