I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a double bedroom in a friendly and sociable house share in Ealing.
The room is available from mid November (can be flexible) until March 2026, when there may be scope to renew the contract.
You will be sharing with 6 lovely housemates (4 girls and 2 boys) who are all in their 20s and like to hang out and socialise together.
The rent is £890 and bills are less than £100pm (usually £70) so the room is really good value!
The room originally came unfurnished and I am looking for someone who would be willing to purchase the furniture from me for around £100. This includes a bed, bedside table, drawers, desk and desk chair!
The location is really good, on a quiet street 5 mins walk to North Ealing station (Piccadilly line), 10 mins to West Acton station (Central line), and 15 mins to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth and District lines) where there are loads of cafes, bars and shops.
The house has been recently refurbished and has a big garden!
