Double Bedroom Available in Friendly 5-Person House Share – South Ealing 🌿

Looking for a great new place to call home? We’ve got a cosy double bedroom available starting December 1st in our 5-person house share. We're hoping to find someone to help keep the balance in the house (remaining housemates 4 are 3F, 1M). Here’s the setup:
• The Room: Downstairs double bedroom, cozy and perfect for a young professional.
• Rent: £500 per month (bills not included - between £100-£150 per month) + £500 deposit.
• House Vibe: Social, friendly, and respectful. We’re all working professionals aged 24-28, looking for someone similar to join.
• No permanent couples and no full-time WFH (max 2 days per week - some housemates are shiftworkers so will be present in house during the week)

About the House 🏡
• Living Room: Spacious and set up with Sky, Netflix, and all the streaming essentials – perfect for movie nights and chill evenings.
• Kitchen: Large, well-equipped, with washer and dryer.
• Bathrooms: Downstairs toilet and shared upstairs bathroom (bath/shower), shared between 4 of the housemates.
• Outdoor Space: Small back garden (great for a BBQ or two) and a driveway out front.
• Transport: Both South Ealing and Ealing Broadway tube stations are within walking distance, so getting around is easy!

Who We’re Looking For 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
Ideally, you’re between 24-28, friendly, tidy, and respectful. We’d love someone who’s a working professional and up for joining us for pub trips, movie nights, and whatever other adventures pop up. The house is social, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s game for hanging out, but also respects the communal spaces and won’t have issues when needed to lend a hand to jobs around the house.
