Lodger/ House manager required in a family home

Double room in a 4 bed 3 storey terraced house on Lynwood rd.

There is no rent to pay only bills. Approx range between £200-300 PCM depending on the season and usage.

Room will be in exchange for cleaning
house and garden and managing repairs or work related maintenance, if needed.
Also, managing the one tenant ( Retired Teacher ) living on the top floor in his own separate unit. Will need to liaise with him on any house related matters on behalf of Landlord.
Taking care of the house and contents, while home owner and/or family ( 2-5 people ) are away for periods of the year. We occupy the GF and 1st floor. There are 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms and a separate WC ( 3 toilets in total ). You will share these facilities with us. Currently only 2 family members are residing at the house.

This undertaking in the main ought to be managed around your own work/life commitments, at a time convenient for you, so it's a very flexible arrangement.

Room ( and house ) currently not ready. Will be expected of you to arrange furniture and clean up the place, before occupying.

Being a Lodger, there will be no deposit required and no tenancy agreement in place. Initially, looking at a period of 3-6 months, assuming both parties are satisfied Subject to change, if either party want to end the arrangement.
