Double room, North Ealing

Looking for a new tenant to take my room when I move out. This room is managed by an agency and they will require 1st and last month's rent plus a one off fee of £150 for council tax.

The room is available from the 15th of December.

The Room
A very spacious double room that comes with bed, desk, large double wardrobe and some shelving. You are on the 1st floor and share a bathroom with 3 others.

The House
Situated 5 minutes from Park Royal Station, 10 minutes from North Ealing and 15 minutes from Ealing Broadway stations by foot.

Sharing with 6 others although they all work varying schedules which means it doesn't feel like that many sharers.

The agency and landlords are very helpful and all requests are managed through an app / online and usually have problems resolved in a matter of days.

Fast Internet, shared kitchen with dining table and lounge area, large back garden and a garage that is mostly used for storage.

It is on a quiet residential street and with plenty of transport nearby.
