I have a very spacious double room available with wooden floor and high ceiling in my large and quiet detached house with big garden close to Acton Town Tube. Photos available on request.

Northeast facing and situated by a main road, so plenty of street lighting. A few minutes from Acton Town tube station and plenty of bus routes. Beautiful Gunnersbury Park and amenities also next door.

I’m looking for someone over 35 years old to join me (female) and one male housemate. We enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.

I work from home, so the ideal candidate will be someone who goes out to work or does not only work from home or is studying for an MA.

The house is next to beautiful Gunnersbury Park and local shops. Ealing Common is a 10-min walk away.
The main road provides good street lighting.

Share bathroom/shower. Gas central heating and Wi-Fi included. Laundry facilities on site.
Regular chores and buying of toilet/cleaning products is shared.

Short walk to Ealing Common and Acton Town Tube stations and plenty of bus routes.

Local buses are: E3 less than 5 minutes, 207, 607 and 427 on Uxbridge road 10 - 15 mins walk. Free parking for evenings and weekends on nearby roads (pay on weekdays).
