Double bedroom to rent - Ealing, all bills include

Hello!

I am Victoria and I am looking for a lovely person to rent the downstairs double bedroom. We are a house of currently four, my boyfriend and I in one room and two girls who are my friends and two lovely cats (who do not bite or scratch, very friendly).

We preferably would like a girl in the room!!!

Bills are included: gas, electricity, water and internet. We do not have TV because we have netflix and other streaming networks.

The house consists of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor next to the bedroom listed. There is a large front and back garden and garage (although we do not allow anyone to use the garage since it is very full). The garden is usually maintained by my dad and I during the summer on Saturdays (my dad only comes to garden nothing else). Upstairs we have a bathroom with a toilet, a separate second toilet and three bedrooms. We have also an attic that has foldable stairs and can be used to store additional things.

We are a friendly bunch who tend to socialise whilst cooking and eating. Two of us work from home so sometimes spend our days working together. We also love our privacy and have a quiet household so we do not wish to have students if possible.

The house sits on a quiet family friendly street that has free parking.

We are 10-15min walk away from Hanger Lane station which has the central line and 20min walk from Ealing Broadway station which has the Elizabeth line, central line and some other lines. We are also a road up from buses that drive to Ealing Broadway too.
