My housemate Kelsey and I are looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate to join our home in Ealing, just a 4-minute walk to North Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line) and a 10-minute walk to Ealing Broadway, with all the local shops, gyms, restaurants, cafés, and fantastic transport links (Central, District, Elizabeth Line & National Rail).

About the Room & Flat:
• Available from 28/05/2026.
• 12-month tenancy.
• Small double room
• Unfurnished, but the current housemate is will to leaving the small double ottoman bed, mattress and topper for a price, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished.
• One shared bathroom + separate toilet.
• Rent: £650 + bills (£120-£150 approx).
• Deposit: (£725).
• 1 month’s rent upfront required.
• Great for cabin crew or anyone commuting to Heathrow.

About Us:

I’m Brad (27, gay man), and my housemate Kelsey (30, straight woman) we are both Studio Directors in Chiswick at the same company. We’re both clean, friendly, and sociable – we love cooking, watching TV, enjoying a glass of wine, and the occasional night out. That said, we also respect each other’s space and value a peaceful home.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone clean, tidy, and respectful.
• Ideally single (as the flat isn’t huge, but works well for three people!).
• Ideally works on-site or hybrid (at least 2 days in the office).
• Okay with shift work (we alternate between early shifts starting at 6 AM and late shifts ending at 1 AM – we’re mindful of noise but just so you know!).
The flat is also on a main road and is next to a train track, so some noise is to be expected, we have lived here for 2 years and it’s fine for us .
