Along with this there are two gorgeous bathrooms and an extra WC. Also there is a garden too so you can enjoy some lunch or maybe work from home in the garden (when there's nice weather) :)

The house is a great location as it's right across from one park and a 2 minute walk from the other park. Plus you're not too far from both South Ealing and Northfields high streets with it's cute coffee shops and bespoke shops. You're also within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which also has a large variety of shops and restaurants.

There is no deposit to pay on this room. Instead you will pay your final month’s rent in advance to secure the room and a nice boost of cash in the final month of your stay with us. A full month rent will be required to be paid before you move in.

You will need to provide employment and landlord reference along that we will run a soft credit check on you. Do not worry, this will not affect your credit score at all.

Courtesy service from us is a deal such as the cleaner who comes to help with the communal areas and the wifi which we have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).
