Double Room in Houseshare - Ealing Common/Broadway

Hello! Our beloved flatmate is moving out of our 3-bed house share at the end of August so we are looking for a replacement to move in at the start of September. We are both mid-30's and have been friends since school, so definitely looking for someone easygoing who would be up for a bit of socialising/making it feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

We live on a very cute small road within 10 mins walk of both Ealing Common and Broadway stations, and it's located right next to a very nice pub too. The room itself is the smallest in the house (therefore the least expensive), but there's also plenty of landing space too in case you would like extra space for your stuff. Our current housemate is happy to leave the bed (and other bits and pieces) if needs be as well. Total bills work out to about £100-£150 a month depending on season/use and so on (council tax band E). We also have a nice small garden/patio area which is perfect in the summer.
