The house comes with all bills included (council tax, water, gas, electric, internet), so the price listed is all you will pay. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway, a communal area attached to the kitchen, and a garden which is great for BBQs and relaxing. The housemates are fun and a good laugh to chill with (the occasional pub trip), but also respect downtime if you need some peace and quiet to unwind.

The room is located on the ground floor so stays nice and cool in summer, has very high ceilings, and faces the garden so has privacy from the street.
