Bright Double Room

The Room:
Double room on top floor of house, comes furnished with bed, dresser and massive built in wardrobe (lots of storage space). Bathroom on top floor shared with only 1 other. Room had large window that opens onto quiet street and doesn’t face the sun but provides a lot of indirect light.

The House:
Clean, spacious house only 5 minute walk from the Broadway. The house had a back garden, large kitchen with plenty of storage, washer and dryer in its own room, and x5 toilets total. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks for the main areas.

House mates:
All housemates are working professionals, with a mix of WFH and office work. It’s a quiet, respectful environment.

The Neighbourhood:
Ealing Broadway is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and the mall nearby. Ealing Broadway station is only 15 minute walk away and connects to Elizabeth, Central, and District lines.

Tenancy and bills:
All bills included (council tax, heat, gas, wifi, cleaner) and can add go on a 6 month or 12 month tenancy agreement with BAM. Will confirm deposit asap (should be around rent price )
