Double room - looking for a new friendly flatmate

Hi I'm Greg. My flatmate is moving up North to escape London and I'm looking for a new friendly flatmate to take over his room.

It's a lovely double room with more than enough room to work from. It comes furnished, however some small items are my flatmates. The desk (not small) is also my current roommates but he's happy to sell it.

One of the great things about the flat is its transport links, it's a couple minutes walk from Hander Lane (central line) and around 10 from the Park Royale (Piccadilly).

The flat has quite a small living room, decent kitchen, and 300Mbps wifi. Bills typically come out to a bit over 200 per person each month.

I'm a 28 year old software engineer. I love boardgames and enjoy physical activities, even if I don't have as much time for them nowadays. I'm somewhat social in that I enjoy a chat in the kitchen, but not that I'll be looking to hang out together all the time.

The person I'm looking for is chill, will help the flat clean and is easy to get along with. I hope I'm the same!
