The property is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom queer friendly apartment in a recently built residential block in Ealing, West London. The building is a 5 minute walk from West Ealing Elizabeth Line station and is close to supermarkets, gyms, lots of lovely coffee shops and a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station and town centre. We're fortunate to be on a very quick train line into London, Paddington 13 minutes, Tottenham Court Road 18 minutes, Heathrow 20 minutes. There is also plenty of bus routes a short walk away. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building with lift access and the entire complex has a friendly concierge and secure doors throughout. The building has 3 community garden spaces, bike storage, post boxes and a cosy foyer area with space to work.

The room is a furnished double room with bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and shoe racks included. The room is opposite to a large bathroom with combined shower and bath. The apartment itself is well furnished throughout and is cosy, well looked after, clean and maintained to a modern standard as befits the building. The combined kitchen and living space has modern fixtures, a TV (with license), plenty of space for books and plants. The apartment has a generously sized balcony overlooking the communal gardens and railway line.

We currently have 2 male professionals living in the apartment, one of whom is moving out and we're looking for someone to replace him. Current occupant staying on a queer NHS professional (non-medic), mid-20s, friendly, calm and considerate. Ideally we're looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy and sociable, who would like to make themselves feel at home and make the most of the space. The current occupant goes into the office 3-4 days a week and we're ideally looking for someone similar. The apartment is a peaceful oasis away from busy London life and we'd like to find someone that would embrace this.

The landlords are a friendly couple currently residing in Australia, who come back to London a few times a year and are readily contactable at short notice. The concierge within the building is super friendly and always on hand to resolve any issues, sign for post etc.

All bills (heating, electric, water, TV license, wifi, council tax) are included in the amount specified.
