After 3 wonderful years in this fantastic property, I’m moving in with my partner – so we’re looking for someone great to join our friendly 5-bed house share in W5 1QE.

Excellent spot in Ealing, close to plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and green spaces.

Ealing Broadway Station (Central, Elizabeth & District lines + National Rail) is around a 15–20 min walk.

Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Alperton (Piccadilly Line) are both within easy reach.

Multiple bus routes nearby for easy connections across West London.

🏡 The House

5 bedrooms in total – you’d be living with a great bunch of professionals (NHS, Ferrero, Accounts Payable, Film).

Rent: £550 per month

Deposit: £500 (assignment of tenancy – you take over my agreement, which runs until April 2026).

Bills: Around £145/month, covering gas, electric, water, WiFi, TV licence, and a fortnightly cleaner.

Property is managed by Japan Services, who are genuinely fantastic – very hands-off and let us make the house our home.

We’re a fun, clean and respectful household. It’s the kind of place where you can relax alone or hang out together. Ideal housemate would be:

A hybrid worker

Into films, theatre, beer gardens, and maybe The Summer I Turned Pretty (TSITP – if you know, you know!)

Bonus points if you knit, bake, or enjoy a glass of prosecco.

📅 Availability & Viewings

Ideally move-in 19th October, but we can be flexible.

Happy to negotiate the remainder of the monthly rent for October as we pay rent on the 3rd of every month.

Viewings: Weeknights after 6pm, flexible on weekends.

I’m genuinely going to miss this house and the area – it’s been such a great home. Excited to meet whoever takes over!
