This would be someone who works full-time, ideally not from home, as Evelin works from home when not on a film shoot.

ESTATE AGENT TENANT REQUIREMENTS New tenant needs to be employed with an annual salary in excess of £24K, and not on probation or furlough.
WHEN
Jess is moving out, and hoping to do so in the first two weeks of January 2026. The exact date/changeover is flexible, depending on what works best for you both.
The new tenancy would start on or around the 12th-19th January 2026 and we’d love to find someone by 21 December 2025 to allow for reference checks to be completed and a new agreement to be drawn up.
