The house is a 6 min walk from Hanwell tube station which is on the Elizabeth Line so you can get to Paddington in just under 20 minutes, and Liverpool Street in just under 30 minutes which is really nice as it is the best line! Boston Manor (Picadilly Line) is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of buses within a 2 min walk too 😁

Also sainsbury’s local is at the end of the street and Tesco express is a 4 min walk which is really handy for late night snacks!

Flexible move in date ! (Can be any time from mid December to mid January)

* The contract is 1 year but if you find someone to replace you before then that is fine.!
** The deposit is for the last month’s rent
