Description
ABOUT THE FLAT:
Double room in a loved cozy flat in a converted church building. It is probably one of the most unique places to live in and the flat retains many interesting features. We even have an empty room in the steeple!
The room comes furnished with ample storage (built in), a double bed with mattress, office chair and a desk.
You will be sharing a spacious bathroom with only one person. The entire flat shares the dining room (which we often use as a co-working space), kitchen (come with all kinds of appliances and tools you can imagine), living room and the steeple room (inspiration for the room desperately needed).
We also have private parking… if that’s useful.
Rent is £867 per month, council tax band F, all other bills amount to about £70 per person. Current tenancy is until early May next year but we’re looking to renew it.
ABOUT THE FLATMATES:
Two women in their late 20s who are both part time research students in humanities (philosophy and literature) and would love to be friends with you and go to the cinema, theatre, seminars and sauna together, or just occasionally hang out if you want more space and time to yourself.
We work in a small cafe to fund our studies.
We are both pretty good cooks!
There is also a very gentle black cat. He greets you by rubbing his head against your hand when you’re home.
ABOUT THE AREA:
10mins walk to West Ealing Station (Elizabeth line & rail)
Under 20mins walk to Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, District and Central line)
Closest supermarket is a ginormous Waitrose near West Ealing Station. All other supermarkets including ethnic stores are within walking distance. If you’ve been to Ealing Broadway before, you’d know that’s it’s got everything you need! We really like the convenience and diversity of the area, and how kind and respectful people are here.
