Double Room in Friendly British Houseshare

Hi,
One of the 5 rooms in our shared house need to be filled and we thought we'd put an ad up alongside the property agent's ad with some more details about ourselves.

THE HOUSE - Includes a weekly cleaner and a gardener that comes ad hoc when needed, all the bills are included in the rent, the agent just needs a £150 one off payment for the council tax at the start of your tenancy. There is also a 6th bedroom that is too small to be a bedroom anymore that we use as a storage room. We share all our kitchen stuff as a house which keeps things a little less cluttered.

THE HOUSEMATES - We're a house of 4 British young professionals aged 23 to 33, one girl and three guys.
Alex, 28 - I'm from Hampshire and work as a Systems Engineer, I like playing lacrosse in the week and trying to go surfing when I can, and love a bit of DIY and gardening.
Jess, 28 - I’m from Durham. Lived in the house for almost 3 years. Work in the events industry. Love the theatre, cinema and a cosy night in.
Drew, 23 - From Hammersmith and work at a private members club, I like to run, go to the gym and really enjoy my films.
David, 33 - I'm from Glasgow. Recently moved to London. I an engineer who loves running, gym, football and going out.

As a house we like to hang out in the kitchen and living room in the evenings, and try to arrange to go to the local pub quiz on a Monday night, and we're keen to find someone that would join in with that.
We have a pretty good spacing of when people get up so there's rarely a queue for the two showers in the morning.

Jess and Drew's girlfriend are keen to have another girl in the house😂, but where are open to either.

Look forward to hearing from you, if things work out we would forward you on to the property agent who will do the right to remain and income checks before handling the contract. The deposit will be 4/5 weeks rent but the property agent will do all that stuff.
