Double room for single use.

Hi!
We are looking for someone to take a room in our flat as our current flatmate is moving out.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a mirror and it has a window.
The flat has 3 bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom, a cosy living room, a huge kitchen and a courtyard as it's on the ground floor.
You will be sharing with 2 friendly, laid back, considerate and respectful females who like to keep the flat as our "chilled out" home.
We have a weekly cleaning rota and like to take care and keep our flat clean and tidy.
The location is amazing as there's a 10 minutes walk to either West Acton (Central Line) or Ealing Common (District and Piccadilly Lines) tube stations, and to a night bus stop. Also, the new Elizabeth line is on a quick tube ride or on a 20 minutes walk (Ealing Broadway station).
There's a Sainsbury's Local and other shops (Nando's, Starbucks, Costa, etc.) right outside the tube station and a 20 minutes walk to Acton centre or Ealing Broadway with lots of restaurants, banks, Post Office and many others.
If you like green areas, the beautiful Gunnesbury Park is on a 30 minutes walk.
The rent is £475 + bills (£130) per month. And the deposit is a 5 weeks rent.
The room will be available from the beginning of January 2026 but it could be earlier.
