Double room in West Ealing

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a double room in a lovely house share, available from 15th February. The contract runs until September, with the option to extend.

Rent is £933 per month (excluding bills). Bills are around £150 per month, but are likely to be less after winter.

You’ll be living with two other girls, both really nice, clean, and respectful. The house is well looked after and we tend to watch tv together in the evenings. There is also a garden perfect for summer.

The location is super convenient, with Tesco Express just a 4-minute walk and Lidl an 8-minute walk away. It’s around 35 minutes into central London, and just a 13-minute walk to the Elizabeth line, making commuting really easy.

To be accepted by the landlord you will need a guarantor or to earn £30k per year.
