Double room in creative house

Please note: this is a 12 month lease in an existing house-share.

*The Room*
Bright, cosy double room
£800pcm + approx. £120 bills/month
Available from 14 February (how romantic)

*The House*
We are currently 3 housemates (2 males and 1 female), all working in entertainment & events, looking for a 4th to join the house for a 12 month lease.
We're all pretty busy with some rogue hours thrown in the mix, but when we're not (and the planets align), we like to hang out and watch movies & TV shows or go to the cinema to sit in a dark room where it's illegal to talk to each other. We sometimes gig and party together, with the occasional trip to the (many) lovely local pubs.
We share a spacious communal lounge with a 55" TV (sometimes size matters) and speedy WiFi throughout the house.
Cosy is the word to describe the kitchen but it works unless we're all cooking at the same time which rarely happens. It comes with a dishwasher though so that's pretty fun (and solves 98% of conflicts - dishwashers for world peace).
The bathroom sitch is, one has an ensuite and the rest of us share a bathroom. Toilet is separate which makes life easier. As we're all on unique hours it's never too much of an issue.
There's also a decent garden with furniture & a barbecue, plus an outhouse (read: glorified shed) where we play darts and partake in other recreational activities (mostly boardgames).
Last but not least, we have a regular visitor of the Schrödinger persuasion - not our cat in any way that matters (ie financially) but very much our cat in practice. We love Muffins (not their real name) and we hope you do too.

*The Location*
W13, West Ealing – 13-minute walk from West Ealing station (Lizzie line) and 25 minutes to Ealing Broadway station.

*About You*
Ideally you'd work in the arts/entertainment/events industry – we’re looking for someone who gets the creative lifestyle. Our schedules can get pretty crazy so there's a need for mutual understanding in that respect. Also looking for someone to go splits on a lifesize Pitbull cutout (Mr Worldwide enthusiasts here).
Otherwise, we're not asking for much: clean, considerate, and happy to join in the occasional house chat, meal, night out, movie night, game of Catan,... (the list goes on).
