Lovely double bedroom available from 1st February in a peaceful residential area. The room is unfurnished (apart from a fitted wardrobe), so you'll need to bring your own bed and furniture, but there's plenty of space for a double bed + bedside table.

- Quiet area with lots of families nearby

Bills: Around £180/month (bit higher in winter, lower in summer due to heating) (Council Tax Band D)

About me:

I'm a teacher, so I work pretty full-on hours during the week and use home as my base to recharge. I'm friendly and easy-going but tend to keep things fairly low-key at home. I don't throw parties myself, but I'm not opposed to the occasional gathering - just appreciate a bit of advance notice and keeping things reasonable given it's a quiet neighbourhood.

Someone reliable and respectful who's happy with a chilled household vibe. Smoking outside only, no pets, no couples (landlord's rule).
