The flat comes unfurnished but happy to sell our less than 2 yr old bedroom furniture (bed, wardrobes, tv stand, desk & chair). The rest of the flat will remain furnished.

Currently living in the flat are Matt, Sydney and Sydney’s cat Oliver. Matt works locally and Sydney is a full time student. They are both friendly and love to go to the cinema, to the pub and generally up for a fun time! Oliver is a sweet, house cat who loves to sit in the garden in the summer.

Deposit should be 5 weeks rent, need to confirm with the estate agent.

We’ve loved living here and are only moving out because we have bought our own place.
