Laid back and friendly, family home with mum and two teenage daughters and a very timid cat.

Room currently has two single beds, as we were hosting students previously, but will put in a double bed for single occupancy longer term rental (3 months +)
Also has desk, chair, wardrobe with drawers and box storage.
