The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table.

The flat itself is large (just under 700 sq ft) and well laid out and modern, with a warm and cosy feel. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, two additional storage cupboards, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a washer-dryer, built-in dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. There is also plenty of cupboard space for food and storage.

The building itself is very quiet and mainly made up of families and respectful residents. Everyone keeps noise to a minimum and avoid large gatherings, and parties are kept to a minimum, so it is a peaceful place to live.

Bills are NOT included in rent, but add up to around £200 per month each, and that includes council tax, gas and electricity, water and internet.

The flat is in a great location, with excellent transport links:

• 3-minute walk to North Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line)
• 10-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, District & Elizabeth lines)
• 15-minute walk to West Acton (Central Line)

No allocated parking, but nearby paid parking is available (£5/day on weekdays).

I’m a very easygoing and chilled guy who enjoys a balance of being social and having quiet time. I like to stay active (running and gym), but I also really value relaxing at home, watching films, going to the cinema, or just relaxing.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I see the flat as a calm, comfortable place to switch off from busy life.

About you:

I’d ideally like to live with someone I get along with, not just sharing a space, but someone with a similar vibe and interests, who’s friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space.
