Bills are NOT included in rent, but add up to around £200 per month each, and that includes council tax, gas and electricity, water and internet.

The flat is in a great location, with excellent transport links:
• 3-minute walk to North Ealing Station (Piccadilly Line)
• 10-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, District & Elizabeth lines)
• 15-minute walk to West Acton (Central Line)
• Bus stops directly outside the flat

No allocated parking, but nearby paid parking is available (£5/day on weekdays).

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I see the flat as a calm, comfortable place to switch off from busy life.
About you:
I’d ideally like to live with someone I get along with, not just sharing a space, but someone with a similar vibe and interests, who’s friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space.
