We're looking for a new housemate as our flatmate is moving out to go travelling.

It's a big double room with bay windows and comes with double bed and a big mirrored wardrobe - there's also plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

We've got an open plan living room/kitchen (with a dishwasher!) as well as a balcony which leads down to the private garden/patio which is south facing so gets the sun all day (British weather permitting).

Really well connected - walking distance to Lizzie line, Piccadilly, Central and District lines and loads of buses. Also near loads of pubs, big parks and walking distance to Ealing Broadway with loads of shops and restaurants.

We've got a really lovely dynamic as a flat which involves going out together for food/drinks as well as staying in and chilling on the sofa but we also have our own friendship groups and activities outside the flat too!

We like to keep the house super clean and tidy and everyone respects each other's space and possessions so we're looking for someone likeminded.

Bills are around £150 per person each month - this includes Council Tax, electric/gas, water and wifi.
