Calm, Lovely 3-Bed Flat in Ealing

We’re looking for a lovely, considerate professional to join our home in Ealing. Our current flatmate is moving out, and we’d love to find someone looking for a peaceful, friendly home, ideally for the longer term, rather than simply a room. The room will be available from 24th November.

💓 YOUR FLATMATES

You’d be living with Eliza (27), a digital designer in the beauty industry, and Sanna (29), who works in legal events. Eliza loves art, music, beauty and reality TV. Sanna loves travelling, beauty and a great TV show. We both work office-based 9–5 jobs during the week and have an independent but friendly household. We enjoy a catch-up, brunch, reality TV and the occasional glass of wine, while also really valuing our own space and downtime.

🧼 HOUSEHOLD & WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As the flat is cosy, it works best for someone who values a clean, calm and respectful home. We’d love to find someone who wants to be friends with their flatmates, look out for each other and create a genuinely nice household together- while still respecting everyone’s independence and downtime.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally clean, tidy, considerate and communicative, and who is happy to proactively do their bit to keep the flat nice

As this is a joint tenancy, keeping the flat clean is a shared responsibility. We do not have a strict cleaning rota, but everyone takes shared responsibility for cleaning communal spaces, taking the bins out together and replacing household essentials when needed. We aim to leave shared areas clean and ready for the next person to use - it is important to us that the responsibility does not fall on one person.

We also have some basic household rules that are important to us. We’re not a party household and generally try to keep guests to a minimum as the flat is small and can feel crowded fast! If you do have friends or family coming over or staying, all we ask is that this is communicated with the rest of the household beforehand.

We respect each other’s space and downtime, so being considerate with noise, guests and the general atmosphere of the flat is important to us. Open communication is also key - we’d much rather everyone feel comfortable speaking to each other as friends rather than let things build up.

We’re looking for someone who has their own life and is independent, but who also wants to get along with their flatmates and contribute to a lovely, considerate household.
