The room comes with bed , mattress, 2 wardrobes and 2 bedside tables. Special call out the size of the bedroom is really big, can fit in 3 double beds.
We also have 2 extra storage rooms that can easily fit all your belongings. And an extra outdoor communal storage if you need for your bike.
We split the bill in half, estimate per person below:
All expense (council/electric gas/water/ WiFi) are around £200 with rent is about £1325
Deposit : £1082
Reference check is needed. The move in date can be discussed for more flexibility.
