Spacious 2b1b in Ealing

I am unfortunately have to say goodbye for this lovely flat and my favorite flatmate/ friend!

It’s a 2b1b flat, and the room is very spacious overseeing the communal garden and lots greenery. The room approx can fit in 3 double bed, currently have 2 wardrobe, 2 bedside table, mattress and bed.

Transport you can find 4 tube lines within 15mins. Never have any trouble over tube strike, or late night home.

Ealing itself have lot of both individual and chain cafe, and nice restaurants, gym and parks even a museum.

Little bit about my flatmate:
I’m a freelance in the performing arts industry, so I work from home (unless I’m in rehearsals or performing elsewhere, which in that case I’ll be gone for several weeks altogether.

Due to the nature of my job, I’ll have to practise and record self-tapes auditions mostly day time, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t mind some music in the house. Though I’m always respectful for your peace and quiet. The flat is quite good at keeping noise within the room, so our neighbours barely hear me practising.

*in the past I have been enjoying a lot living with my flatmate, I worked remotely and we always communicate and able to work around each other scheduled without disruption.
