Double en-suite room in lovely modern flat

Myself and my flatmate are looking for a female to take over the room of our current flatmate from 18th September.

Our flat is less than 5 mins walk to West Ealing for the Elizabeth line and roughly 10-15mins to Ealing Broadway for the Elizabeth, central and district lines - so really well connected!

All rooms in our flat are doubles with an en-suite. We then have a shared kitchen and living room plus another guest bathroom. Our landlords are a lovely couple who live in the ground floor flat beneath us. They always solve any issues for us super quickly but other than that they don’t bother us at all. They gave us appliances such as fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, combined washer dryer, vacuum cleaner and TV in the living room.

The room, as mentioned, would be a double with en-suite. We also have large built in wardrobes too. The price for this room is £980. Council tax is roughly £70 a month, £30ish for water, £30ish for electric and £10ish for WiFi. We’ve been in the flat just coming up a year and we’re the first tenants since it was (very well) refurbished. Deposit amount to be confirmed but roughly £1000.

A little about us: we’re 2 female young professionals (23&24). We enjoy going out for dinners, taking days out and going to the cinema. We’re both clean and tidy and would love someone who was the same in this sense. We enjoy chatting in the evenings but also respect each others personal space - you’ll often find us watching some TV together in the evenings.
