Two Garden-Facing Rooms to Let
I have two lovely garden-facing rooms available:
● One small single room
● One small double room
There is a resident cat in the house, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly and enjoy having animals around.
This is a quiet, safe home in a peaceful neighbourhood, and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Gunnersbury park .

We like to keep the house relaxed, so most socialising is done outside rather than at home.
Each room includes a work desk. If you work from home, you’ll need to work from your own room rather than the dining table.

Cleanliness is important. I take care of most of the cleaning and general maintenance, but I do expect everyone to clean up after themselves and keep shared spaces tidy.

It’s a beautiful home with a lovely atmosphere, so please come and see it for yourself.

More than anything, I’m looking for the right person to fit in with the house, rather than simply filling the room.
