Double room in Ealing available 1st Sep!

Hello! Our current flatmate is moving out so we are advertising a room in our shared flat that will be available from 1st September 2026. This will be a joint tenancy with the 2 of us in the flat.

The flat is a 3 bed; it has 2 bathrooms (one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath w/ handheld shower attachment), a large shared living room (w/ TV & 2 sofa beds if you want to have friends staying over!) and access to the garden at the back of the property. The bedroom itself is a large double room, furnished with a bed + mattress, armchair, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk + chair.

We are in the 2nd floor/attic flat on a nice residential street, it is generally very quiet and we barely hear/see the neighbours. The flat is approximately 5 mins walk from Ealing Common station (District/Picadilly lines) and about 15 mins walk from Ealing Broadway (District/Central/Elizabeth lines), as well as lots of shops, restaurants, etc. We are also 5 mins from Ealing Common itself and there are other nice green spaces in the area! It's a great place to live with fantastic connections to the whole of London, and a good community vibe.

As for us, we are both young professionals working in education, so we work in the office every day. Outside of work we love to watch films at home and the cinema, going to the theatre, drag shows, gigs, and of course sometimes having a pint at the pub or a dance at the club!. If any of those things align with your interests then we'd love to get to know you! We are both LGBTQ+ so definitely lean more towards people in the community, but it is absolutely not a requirement for us!

Work-wise, we are only accepting applications from potential flatmates who can confirm they have a full-time job before moving in. We split bills & council tax equally and they usually come to about £100-120 total (sometimes more like £150 in winter when we use the heating) inc. council tax (Band E), which between 3 is about £65 each per month. The total rent with bills usually falls between £950-£1000 per month.
