A warm and friendly older lady is seeking a Helpful Housemate for her home.

She is independent, but would enjoy having someone living in her home for some company. She would also appreciate a little practical help such as carrying heavy shopping from the car, taking the bins out and ad hoc other help that might be useful.

There is a cleaner, but the Helpful Housemate is requested to keep their bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy, and leave any communal areas including the kitchen clean and tidy after use.

The accommodation on offer is a spacious bedroom at the top of the home, furnished with a super king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (see pictures) and its own bathroom. The sitting room and kitchen are shared with the Host.

Please note that the tumble dryer is also in the bedroom, and the Host will need to use this approx. once a week at a time convenient to the Helpful Housemate.

The property is conveniently located in Ealing, just 7 minutes’ walk from South Ealing Station and very close to a lovely park.

The lady’s interests include travelling, seeing friends, theatre, cinema and reading. She is used to sharing her home having had lodgers in the past, some of whom are still her friends.

Helpful Housemates usually work or study and have a few spare hours each week (up to 3 hours/week) to offer a light hand to their Host. The ideal Helpful Housemate will be a friendly, helpful and reliable non-smoker.
