Comfortable double room in quiet, old-fashioned family house in Council Tax Band F near Ealing Film Studios and Piccadilly line for one reliable, easygoing person with use of kitchen, bathroom and dining room. Sorry, no overnight guests. No space!

This room is ideal for one considerate person, accustomed to living away from home, and respecting other people's property,
who needs somewhere to touch down between their busy social or working lives, relax in a peaceful space and go home/away at weekends. It could suit someone working at or near Heathrow as the tube is very near and there is a regular bus service to Ealing Broadway shopping centre and the Central, District and Elizabeth line. There are plenty of cafés and shops nearby.

Price includes bills but not food or drink. Bed and breakfast also considered. Mon-Thur let, but would consider other permutations of short lets. Owner is a French speaker and Francophile. Wi-Fi available. Written refs required.
