The rest of the flat is very comfortable with all the mod cons - Fibre optic Broadband, nice TV, DVD player, etc. There is a cleaner who comes once a week. There is plenty of free (non permit) on street parking. Any more info that you want, please do get in contact. I am looking for someone similar to myself, a working professional who likes to do a variety of things outside work as well. I am a considerate person, who keeps normal hours. Non smokers only. Right, that's all I can think of for now!
