This spacious and comfortable double room will be available from 1st March (and possibly slightly sooner). It is the largest room on the top floor of our Victorian family house located on the Argyle Road, several minutes walk from West Ealing main line station.

The photos show the room and bathroom better than I can describe however I will mention that it is a quiet, peaceful space with plenty of natural light and great views. There is ample built in storage and wardrobe space. On the same floor, the recently refurbished bathroom is shared between yourself and only one other person but it benefits from two individual washbasins.

The rest of this substantial 3 floor house is occupied by myself, my wife one other lodger and our dog! As such, the kitchen, dining room, living area and laundry room are shared with a relatively small and friendly household.

The property also has a large secluded garden at the back - perfect in the summer for BBQ, catching a few rays, or just to relax.

This is an easy going and sociable household and if you want to spend time with us that’s fine – if not, that’s fine too - your privacy will always be respected.

The location provides excellent transport links. West Ealing station offers a regular and reliable train service direct to both Paddington and to Heathrow and beyond. Ealing Bdwy (circle, district & central lines) and Northfields (piccadily line) are within walking distance.

There are a variety of shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner and Waitrose supermarket is only several minutes walking distance.

The monthly rent of £660 includes council tax, utility bills (gas, electric, water etc) as well as Wi-Fi access and SKY TV. For peace of mind (on both sides), I use the standard Lodger Agreement recommended by SpareRoom.
