Furnished Double Room, Ealing, Available Now

A double room has become available in our house.

The house has:
a spacious kitchen/lounge area on the ground floor,
2 bathrooms with showers and a bath,
a nice garden,
free parking spaces if you drive.

Washing machine, dryer, microwave, two fridges, hoover, TV+skybox and cupboard spaces are also available.

Your room will have all the essential furniture: large wardrobe, desk, double bed, chest of drawers, large shelving unit, large mirror.

Monthly payment: 590GBP; Utility bills and Internet included. There is a 400GBP deposit.

We are a group of professionals (two males, one female) looking for a friendly housemate to join us. We are all busy and respect each other's space but enjoy an occasional chat/party in the kitchen area downstairs.

We have a house cleaning rota which works well for keeping the house nice and tidy.
No pets (fish are fine) and no smoking in the house please.

The house is situated in Ealing, very near South Ealing station (Piccadilly Line) and a 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway (Central Line). It's a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stops (E3, 65), 5 min walk to E2.

In the area:
lots of shops and supermarkets (fruit&veg, coffee shops, post office, banks, charity shops, Co-op, Sainsbury's)
farmer's market on Sats (10 min by bus)
Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and a large Tesco and M&S
good restaurants,
local parks (Gunnersbury, Llamas, Walpole), which also have running clubs and boot camp if you are into it.

You can get to Kew Gardens by bus in less than 30 mins.
