The room is fully furnished, with a new bed and decorated to a high standard.

About the room: Upstairs room, Street facing, new window and radiator. This single room has great storage including a large wardrobe, bedside table and fold down table. This room is £145 per week.
All bills are inlcuded, and the room is single occupancy only.

Four weeks deposit (£580) two weeks rent are required in advance (£280) and the room is available immediately.

There is 1 shared bathroom and a bright south facing kitchen diner and wifi.

The house is decorated and furnished to a good standard with new windows & radiators; ideal tenants would be clean and respectful of keeping the common areas clean.

The room is single occupancy only.
