We have 1 lovely single room available in a clean, friendly shared house in Ealing W5- all amenities including broadband and gas central heating as well as having fantastic transport connections both to Central London & Heathrow.

The room is fully furnished, with a new bed and decorated to a high standard.

About the room: Upstairs room, Street facing, new window and radiator. This single room has great storage including a large wardrobe, bedside table and fold down table. This room is £150 per week.
All bills are inlcuded, and the room is single occupancy only.

Four weeks deposit (£600) two weeks rent are required in advance (£300) and the room is available immediately.

There is 1 shared bathroom and a bright south facing kitchen diner and wifi.

The house is decorated and furnished to a good standard with new windows & radiators; ideal tenants would be clean and respectful of keeping the common areas clean.

The room is single occupancy only.
Live in landlord living downstairs in property.

There are many amenities close by including shops, restaurants and pubs/ bars all within 5-10 minutes’ walk with Ealing Broadway Shopping centre just 7-10 minutes’ walk away. Westfield is less than 15 minutes by train and Heathrow, Central London & the West End are 20- 30 minutes away by tube and it’s 8 minutes to Paddington from Ealing Broadway.

There are lots of parks and open spaces nearby, with Richmond a short bus ride or cycle away.
Piccadilly, District, Central and Elizabeth lines are all within 10 minutes’ walk of the house and there are many different bus routes within walking distance
