Double Room available now - no agency fees

Hi there,

I'm advertising a double room in a quiet, friendly and relaxed 3 bed house share, in West Ealing to be filled ASAP. I am having to leave due to a relocation with work and my contract for this tenancy doesn't expire until the 5th November 2016.

The House is on Bedford Road which is brilliantly situated with a Waitrose at the top of the street, a 24hr Supermarket at the bottom and is less than a 5 minute walk to West Ealing station which goes to Heathrow and Paddington. Ealing Broadway (Central and District Line) is a 20 minute walk away but if you can't be bothered there is a bus stop at the end of the road (10 mins). There is also a 24hr gym (The Gym) less than a 10 minute walk away.

The house has a large lounge, bathroom (shower and a seperate bath) , kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine etc) and a garden to enjoy the summer.

The Room will come with a double bed and mattress, and has a large cupboard which is outside in the hallway for you to use for extra storage. It is £580 a month with a £830 deposit, and is available from June 1st. I can provide 2 bookcases, a bed side table and a tv stand too if you need them.

Other bits:
Bills are less than £70 pcm (split between all housemates) which include internet, tv, gas, electric, water, electric and council tax.
There is parking available but you will need a permit.
There is also no agency fees
Due to my need to move out quickly I am subsidizing part of the rent until the tenancy expires at which point it will go back up to £580.
