A small, bright and airy single room will be available from 1 October in our friendly house share in Northfields, Ealing.

Burnham Way is a quiet residential street just minutes from the buzz of Northfields Avenue, and ideally located between Northfields and Boston Manor stations, both on the Piccadilly line. From there, you have quick and easy access to central London and Heathrow Airport.

A variety of buses (E2, E3, E8, 195 and N11) also stop nearby.

There are two Sainsbury’s Locals and a Tesco Metro, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafés and other eateries, all within a five-minute walk of the house.

The house is fully furnished, with central heating and double glazing. It comprises four single bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A parking space is also available.

There is also an outdoor space/garden, which comes in particularly handy if you are a smoker, as this is otherwise a strictly non-smoking household.

The room is furnished with a single bed, small desk, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers, with ample hanging space.

Your flatmates: three respectful and friendly professionals from Poland, Spain and the UK, aged between 30 and 47.

Rent: £570 per calendar month
Deposit: one month’s rent

A share of the bills and council tax, currently estimated at £140 per month, including a cleaner every two weeks, is added to the rent.
