Hi all,

One of our flatmates has sadly decided to move in with his girlfriend. So we are looking for a nice, clean and friendly flatmate to replace him. We are flexible with the moving date.

You will be sharing the house with Charlie, Dan and Gorby, three friendly, clean and easy going young professionals who enjoy going to the gym ( the gym is just 2 minutes away), stay in and watch some TV or go out together every so often for a night out or a visit to the local pub.

Esuite large furnished double bedroom

This spacious room is on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in wardrobe. There is plenty of storage space. The room is fully furnished and comes with a king size bed.

The house has a living room and a big kitchen. All appliances included. Washing machine and dryer.

The house is really well located, West Ealing station is just a two minute walk and Ealing Broadway is just ten minutes away on foot. There are many amenities all walking distance including lidl, tesco sainsburys etc..

The rent is £805 all inclusive (internet, water, electricity, council tax, gas). If required there is the option to get a parking permit and also visitor permits.
