Lovely double en-suite next to station

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, professional female tenant. Single occupancy only for this lovely let.

The house is spacious and well equipped. The room is like a studio, situated downstairs with a private bathroom. The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe and desk space. Bed linen and broadband is provided too.

The kitchen will be shared with me and it is very spacious with all the amenities you may require.

Location wise, the house is perfect and in a very safe neighbourhood. It is a 5 minute walk from Northfields tube station (Piccadilly line) and 10 minutes from South Ealing. You can get a direct tube to Heathrow in 20 minutes from Northfields station. There is also a bus which goes to Sky and Glaxo from outside the station. The E2 and E3 buses leave from the top of the road which go in to Ealing Broadway/Brentford (journey time is 10 minutes) and beyond. Alternatively, you can walk to Ealing Broadway or West Ealing in 20 minutes for restaurants, shops, cafes and gyms. In Ealing Broadway, you will find the Central line, and District line as well as the Elizabeth line which takes you to Paddington in 12 minutes. The Elizabeth line runs from West Ealing too. We are also lucky enough to have lots of parks around - the nearest is a 5 minute walk.

Parking wise, the road is in a residential controlled zone. The car would need to be registered at the property if you needed to park between 9-10am or 3-4pm Mon-Sat - although, you are fine to park outside normal working hours.
