double room available within a shared house, located in a quiet, safe and clean house in Ealing Brodway / West Ealing W13 area.
We are looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the house as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have

PRICE:
* £560pm for one person
* Fully inclusive of all bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV Lic, Internet)
* Room is for one person*

TRANSPORT:
* Excellent transport links e. g. via
- 7 min by Bus to Ealing Brodway for Central, District lines
- 5 min by Bus to Northfields for Piccadilly line
* Travel time to central London and "the city" by tube is approx 15 to 20 minutes
* Buses, including night buses to central London and the City - 1 min walk (207, 607, 427, E8, E3)
