Fantastic Double Room in Northfields, South Ealing

Double Room in a friendly house share in Northfields /South Ealing. The room is a good size and at the front of the house, it has a double bed,2 x wardrobes, a bedside table and a sofa!. The room has a good deal of storage space.

The house is not a party house and is tidy and very quiet. Currently living here are 4 people all professionals. Everyone is chatty so you can have a great evening chatting over a bottle of wine but also they respect people’s space. The house doesn't have a separate living room but it does have a large open plan kitchen with a small living area. This area has a sofa which can be used if you have a friend staying over also we have a small box room upstairs for guests. We have a nice and sunny yard perfect for bbqs and a shed to safely store a bike. There is a large upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and downstairs is a small shower room/toilets. So they is never a queue for a shower in the morning.

Rent of £750 includes all bills (Energy/Council Tax/TV) and super fast wifi . 1 month’s deposit (£750) and one reference required. For reference we are Council Tax Band E.

The Northfields Area is very green area and we are close to two very large parks. One which holds a jazz and beer festival in the summer. We live behind a Sainsburys and also the main street has a number of local independent shops and restaurants. Travel links we are lucky being 2 mins walk from Northfields station (picc line which is night tube at weekends) and also across the road from Sainsburys is a bus stop which can take you into Ealing Boardway Station (central, district, Elizabeth line and trains) within 15 mins. Buses that run from there are E2, E3 and the night bus from central London N11
