This is a lovely large bright double bedroom, in a conveniently located and well kept house.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe, but there's also plenty of space of your own furniture as I've added a table, chest of drawers,, a rail and another bedside table, some of which is available for sale if you need it.

The room also benefits from its own private balcony which overlooks the garden, (there's a also a set of stairs you can use to access the garden) through lovely large sliding windows.

A bathroom is located on each floor and is shared only between the 2 housemates on that floor. So you're only sharing with one other person!

The shared areas consist of a large well equipped kitchen and a huge living/dining room with sofas, a dining table for 6 and a TV.

This is house is very well located, a quick 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway (Zone 3, Central & District line also soon to get Crossrail).

So it's only 8 mins to Paddington!

The house is also a 15 min walk away from Ealing Common station, which connects you to the Piccadilly line!

Ealing itself is very well contained, with a bustling high street, an incredibly useful shopping center with it's own M&S, H&M, River Island and Primark. This area also has a lovely range of restaurants, both the consistent chains and the unique independents

We've got the major supermarkets here too, Tesco Metro, Morrisson's and Sainsburys.

There are a number of gyms and studios within walking distance (Gym Box, Nuffield Health, Tribeca Studios, Tri Yoga, F45, Eden Fitness).

So even though the area is well connected you'll probably never need to leave.
